As I said in the intro, I have had a lot going on in my life at the moment and I did let myself go with poor eating. It is easy to do when you are flat out. So to get back on track I have really simplified my eating and just try and get just a balanced carb/protein/fat combo for each meal. Quick Weight Training Meals

This was the recipe in our August 2008 Newsletter. If you haven’t signed up already make sure you do for more great recipes. Anyway eating canned tuna can get pretty boring. If I keep eating it for long periods I end up gagging on it and can’t look at it for a while. Muscle Pizzas are the best way to eat canned tuna. If there is a better way please let me know. (more…)
