Picked up the attachments (for Superbench)from Matt on Friday, all assembled and tested. Found the Preacher a little low but rectified this by inclining the bench a notch or two. The Dip attachment is good but reminded me of just how hard the bloody things are and why most people avoid them. I love how this can be used for leg raises as well. This with the crunch attachment motivates me to do ab work. The Crunch attachment feels surprisingly secure even on a steep incline.
