Bench Pressing on the Powertec Multi System

The Powertec Leverage Bench Press movement is one of the best chest exercises going around. You can really load up the machine and drive out some heavy weights to increase your strength. If you want to build some muscle you can really isolate the muscle with some lighter weights and really concentrate on your form. This video shows Brad working through the flat bench press, incline bench press and decline bench press. Make sure you watch the video on the shoulder pressing because Brad discusses the different lifting techniques that you can use to add even more variety to your weight training.

Basic Weight Training Program

Intro

This program is great for beginner or intermediate weight trainers. I even use this program myself if I have had an extended lay off from training. Working in the higher rep range allows you to work on your form and make sure that you are isolating and training the correct muscles.
