Bench Pressing on the Powertec Multi System

You can really load up the machine and drive out some heavy weights to increase your strength. If you want to build some muscle you can really isolate the muscle with some lighter weights and really concentrate on your form. This video shows Brad working through the flat bench press, incline bench press and decline bench press.
