The Ironmaster IM2000 may not look as flash as the other multi gyms we sell. What it lacks in appearance it makes up in function. For such a small footprint the range of exercises is just amazing. Here is video of a shoulder workout Brad Turnbull did at our warehouse. This is a great an example of how you don’t have to perform a heap of exercises with multiple sets. Just two exercises performed with intensity does the trick. (more…)
