If you are not happy with training at the gym and want to start training in your own home gym but you are on a budget then this is the package deal for you. With this package you can perform all your pressing movements, squats and chin ups on the heavy half cage and bench. The high and low pulley on the lat tower lets you do lat pulldowns, tricep press, seated rows, bicep curls, upright rows etc. You also get the leg lift attachment that allows you to leg extensions and leg curls.
