This is a great little video of Brad going through just some of the exercises that can be done on the Space Saver package for Basic & Intermediate Weight Training. If you thought you didn’t have room for a home gym then you should really check this video out. This gym equipment package offers a great full body workout with plenty of scope for variation with a minimal footprint. If later on you have more space and want to expand your home gym, you just need to add another piece or two of gym equipment like the Powertec Power Rack, Ironmaster IM2000, Powertec Leverage Gym.
