		<description>Hi Sam,

My favourite "cardio" is loosely based around the Tabata training protocol. I alternate 24kg Kettlebell swings and burpees (squat, thrust, press, jump). Currently I am doing 25 seconds work (alternate KB and burpees) and 10 seconds rest for 15 rounds. In under 10 minutes I'm wrecked, my metabolisim is racing for the next day or two, and I have boundless energy for life's other activites. Slow (low intensity) cardio is boring and takes up too much time. Go high intensity and you'll have time and energy to enjoy life.

Regards,
