Here is a short video of Lee Priest on the old style Powertec Pec Fly. Check out his form and check out his condition. This is a great video for bodybuilders to see the correct way to work the chest on this machine. Notice how Lee is not using much weight and is really squeezing out the reps. The new Powertec Pec Fly Delt has the same chest movement but with added bonus you can do rear delts too. I would only recommend this machine for someone who is serious into bodybuilding. You w

The dumbbells allow you to perform so many extra exercises. You can use the bench on the multi gym to perform bench press, flys etc with the dumbbells.

As I said in the intro, I have had a lot going on in my life at the moment and I did let myself go with poor eating. It is easy to do when you are flat out. So to get back on track I have really simplified my eating and just try and get just a balanced carb/protein/fat combo for each meal. Here are some of my favourites that I use for when I am on the fly. Tuna & Rice Crackers - Brad got me onto the sundried tomatoe rice thins - they are gold. The flavouring on them is probably not ideal
