Well Tony Doherty has done it again, assembling another top line up for the 2010 Australian Pro Grand Prix 10. The 10th show is certainly shaping up as one of the best bodybuilding shows ever.

Any show with former Mr Olympia Dexter Jackson, Kai Greene and Melvin Anthony is going to be quality. With the prospect of Ivan Sadek competing again I am shattered that I won’t be able to go.

However I encourage all of you to go. The last couple of years have been great weekends so get down to Melbourne and support Australian bodybuilding.
