The IFBB Pro Bodybuilding Grand Prix is when the pros come to Australia to strut their stuff. The line up has not been finalised as yet but is once again looking to be an awesome show. I will post again with the line up as we draw closer to the event.

There is looking to be a strong Aussie contigent at the Pro Show this year so if you are bodybuidling fan make sure you come and get behind our guys. Leading the charge will be Lee Priest who is planning on making his comeback.

If you are new to bodybuilding or just a keen weight trainer why not come along to see what all the fuss is about. You really have to see these big units in the flesh - they look even bigger in person than in the magazines. Plus they are all top blokes and very approachable. You go up and meet them, say g’day and ask them a quick question or two.

The Pre Judging is great value. You get to see all the Pros on stage doing their compulsory poses. Plus you get to see the Bench Press comp. This is worth the admission price alone as these boys push some big weights. On top of that you will get to see the All States Amateur show where Sam’s Fitness own Brad Turnbull will be on stage.

If you want to take it to the next level come along to the finals. Tony Doherty really knows how to put on a show that brings the house down - or burns the house down. The show starts with a pyrotechnics display and no word of a lie the next thing we know we have got fireman running into the building. Luckily the only things on fire were the pros on stage who were posing to the music that was shaking the whole place.
