Standing Leg Curls on the Powertec Multi System
The Powertec Multi System does not have a dedicated leg curl station. However after playing around with machine we came up with the standing leg curl and Brad goes through how to perform this exercise with correct form. This is a great exercise to add to your leverage squats to give you greater leg development.
This is an isolation exercise so you do not need a lot of weight. If you have done your leverage squats properly your hamstrings will already be fatigued. Finishing off with these standing leg curls will completely exhaust the hamstrings.
