Shoulder Isolation Exercises on the Powertec Shape System

Once you have worked hard at developing your shoulders through shoulder pressing, you might like to target the specific shoulder muscles. Brad goes through different exercises on the Powertec Shape System that work the front delt, side delt, rear delt and traps.

As I have written before, I have got bad shoulders. I can’t sustain heavy pressing for long periods so I have to rely on these isolation type exercises to supplement my shoulder training. The only problem with doing these isolation type exercises is that if you are not doing them properly you nearly always end up working the traps. This video is great for demonstrating how to perform this exercise using correct form.
