Chicken Special - Great Recipe for Chicken and Noodles
Here is the diet tip from the Aug 2008 newsletter. I still haven’t had a chance to try it out because I have the muscle pizzas every second night! That gives you an indication on how good Brad’s recipes are, plus they are quick and simple. So give the chicken special a go and let me know what you think.
Chicken Special
2 pkt of Mi goreng fried noodles
½ bag of frozen stir fry vegies
· Then remove from wok. Now stir fry the vegies for 2-3 mins and add back the chicken and noodles and stir through. Now it is ready to eat.
If you are a big eater and need the energy split it into 2 meals.
Women and smaller eaters can split it into 3 or 4 meals.
Just remember it will only last for about 3 days in the fridge after it is made.
What I do is split it into two meals and have it for dinner and then eat the rest for lunch the next day.
