Review - Max’s Muscle Meal Cookies

Here is a review of product I recently tried and thought was very good.

I copped a bit of a serve the other night from some good customers of mine - thanks Wally & Mohammed - they reckon I have stacked on a bit of weight. Unfortunately it is not muscle.

Sam’s Fitness consumes a fair amount of my time. When I am not working I like to spend time with my wife and son because I don’t see them much through the week. As a result I haven’t done cardio for ages and the weight crept up over winter. I have knocked off a few kilos through eating good through the week but I have been falling victim to the old sweet tooth on the weekend.

So I thought I would give the Max’s Muscle Meal Cookies a try. We got a box for the shop, double choc crunch flavour, and it has taken all of our will power not to clean them out.

Now I know these are not perfect as they do contain sugar. As such I will probably not eat them during the week unless we are racing out the door to install a home gym after work.

However I will be keeping them around home and having them on weekend instead of eating chocolate or other sugary or fatty junk. Another trick to soften the blow is to simply have half. However stopping at half takes some will power!

I like to support company’s like Max’s. They contribute to the weight training community through sponsorship of athletes from various fields. On top of that they make the best show on tele - Max’s Muscle TV
