Shoulder Workout on Ironmaster IM2000 and Powertec Shape System
Here is video of a shoulder workout Brad Turnbull did at our warehouse. This is a great an example of how you don’t have to perform a heap of exercises with multiple sets. Just two exercises performed with intensity does the trick.
The seated shoulder press on the Ironmaster IM2000 is a great way to work the entire shoulder. Performing the exercise without the support of a back rest means that can’t lift half the weight you can with one. You will see that Brad does not take the weight all the way down to the chest. By working in the range on the video you are keeping the load on the shoulders the entire range of the exercise.
He finishes his shoulder workout with some side lateral raises on the Powertec Shape System.
