The easiest way to add variety to your weight training, without taking up much space in your home gym is to add a set of Ironmaster adjustable dumbbells. This gives you the perfect blend of machine training on the Leverage Gym with free weight dumbbell work.
Just drop the bench press arm on the Powertec out of the way and you have yourself a bench which you can do dumbbell presses, flys, shoulder press etc. This makes this combination perfect if you are tight on room.
