This is an awesome free weight training package. When you combine the two home gym favourites like the Powertec Power Rack System and the Ironmaster dumbbells you get nearly endless exercise combinations.
During my time selling gym equipment I have seen some very fancy and expensive machines on the market. Don’t get me wrong they are top quality and you can get a great workout, but are they really worth the money?
Although this combination looks simple, to the seasoned weight trainer there is a gold mine of quality exercises to be trialed and tested. More importantly for the home trainer, you can train with heavy weight, without a spotter, safely.

All you need to qualify is be an Australian resident, have a full time job, drivers license and bank account.
