The Commercial Grade 160cm Standard Bar is a great little bar for performing all your favourite free weight exercises. This shorter barbell will allow you to perform your exercises with greater ease if you have a small workout area.
At this price it is worth hanging on to your old standard weight plates if you are in the process of upgrading to Olympic gym equipment. You can use this barbell to super set exercises with your new Olympic equipment.
This bar is heavy duty and has consistent knurling. It comes standard with screw down end collars.
