If you have got standard weights and are looking at the Powertec Power Rack, you are going to need the Commercial Grade 7ft Standard Barbell.
The Powertec Power Cage is a full size rack, not like some of the cheap ones on the market that can take a 6ft barbell.
You can also use this bar for all the free weight barbell movements like deadlifts, squats, presses, rows etc.
If you are buying a Powertec Multi Gym with Olympic Plates, don’t get rid of your old standard weight plates. This 7ft Barbell will enable you to perform super sets and giant sets with your Powertec gym. One of my favourites is super setting leverage bench press with bent over barbell rows.
