Here is a great combination if you have a single garage or spare room. I am huge fan of the Powertec Leverage Gym. It is compact and heavy duty. Best of all there are heaps of great exercises that hit all body parts.
The Powertec Compact Leg Sled is a great addition to the multi gym. You can vary your leg training with presses and lunges on the sled, whilst doing squats, leg extensions and curls on the Powertec machine. You have pretty much got all the favourites you would find at your local gym – hence the reason I call this package the Garage Gym.
The Ironmaster adjustable dumbbells with add on kit also compliment the Leverage Gym. With these you can do all your presses and rows in machine and free weight format – just like at the gym!
This package is perfect for the serious weight trainer who would also like family or friends to use the equipment as well. Even if you are an inexperienced lifter you can train safely with all this kit. My wife’s favourite is the Leverage Gym. It is easy to set up and use. In particular the squat is really popular with the ladies as the padding on the squat bar is very comfortable to use. So if you are struggling to convince the missus my wife will only be too happy to talk to them why she likes training on this gym.
