The breakup of the 150kg works perfectly on this multi gym. It enables you to perform supersets, one of the big advantages of the Powertec Multi System.
If you are looking at a home gym for the family then this highly recommended. The Powertec Multi System safety mechanisms allow inexperienced users to train safely. While there is plenty of weight for dad and the boys to do some hard and heavy training. (Please note that this is just a generalisation as I am well aware there are some girls out there who can put us blokes to shame!)
