From my experience the best way to isolate the biceps is to do preacher curls. Other movements will work the biceps, but you will also use other muscles when you start nearing the end of the set.
The Preacher Curl Attachment slots into the spine of the Ironmaster Super Bench. The pad itself has 3 adjustment levels. Plus you can also make further adjustments by changing the angle of the bench.

This level of adjustability is what sets this preacher arrangement apart from other bicep curl options. One of my favorite bicep workouts is to start on the steepest angle with low weight and high reps. Each set flatten the angle of the preacher pad and add more weight plus reduce reps. This workout will hit all of the bicep with varying intensity. It is so much better than doing preachers on a bench with a fixed angle.

The Preacher Curl attachment can also be used with the Ironmaster Dockable Support on the Ironmaster Smith Machine or Ironmaster Cable Tower Attachment.
