The Ironmaster Thick Dumbbell Handles are made from high strength machined plastic and they fit straight over the Ironmaster Quick Lock Dumbbell Handles. They are secured in place by a hex bolt and are quick and easy to remove. The grips feature knurling too so you can hang on to those heavy dumbbells when doing one arm rows, farmers walks etc.
