This is just a stock standard free weight home gym set up. If you train mainly on machines you will be scratching your head. If you are into free weights you will be licking your lips. The number of exercises on this package is only limited to your imagination. If you don’t have much of an imagination you can always upgrade with the Ironmaster Quick Lock Dumbbells and/or Powertec Lat Tower Option.
But you free weight nuts will be set with this package as is – you can work on your favourite compound exercises such as bench press, squats, chin ups, dips, deadlifts, rows etc. If this is going to be your home gym you can train safely by yourself with the spotter bars that come with the Powertec Power Rack. You get full range of motion but won’t kill yourself if you fail on your last rep.
With the 115kg plus 20kg Olympic bar you will have 135kg in total weight to throw around.
We have left it open to you as far as the bench is concerned. You can choose either the Powertec Utility Bench or Ironmaster Super Bench
