If you think you don’t have the space for traditional home gym equipment then check out this Iromnaster combo. The Compact Space Saver package takes up very little space but most importantly you can have a top notch workout.
I can personally vouch for this set up. When I started the business I was sharing a townhouse and had very little space. All I needed was a corner of a spare room and I had my gym set up.
I used a lot of dumbbell exercises at the gym so most of my workout was sorted anyway.
The other exercises where I used machines, like lat pulldowns, I used the Ironmaster Chin Up attachment or did dumbbell pullovers. For legs I started with leg extensions and lying leg curls. Once I had the blood pumping I did some lunges. By now the quads were burning so I finished off with some dumbbell squats.
You are obviously limited with the gym equipment you have at your disposal, but the beauty of free weight training is that there are so many exercises that you can do - you just have to use your imagination. If that fails just drop me a line and I will help you out.
